Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and Keeada AB, organisation number 559245-1958, which operates TrustBee. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. Keep sign-in details secure, use only your own account and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Role responsibilities
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, CVs and applications. Employers and recruiters must have authority to recruit, publish lawful and accurate vacancies and process candidate data only for legitimate recruitment. Providers may access only seekers properly attributed to them and must comply with applicable programme and confidentiality duties.
Platform service
TrustBee provides job discovery, profiles, applications, communication, provider attribution, explainable matching and optional generative-AI assistance. External vacancies may take you to another service whose terms apply. TrustBee does not employ users, act as an employment agency for every listing, or guarantee interviews, hires, candidates or programme outcomes.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit and grant Keeada AB a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve TrustBee and fulfil your requests. You must have the rights to submit the content and must not include unlawful, misleading or unnecessary sensitive information.
Fees and changes
Any paid feature must show its price and applicable terms before purchase. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, creating a standard account does not itself create a payment obligation. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while respecting completed transactions and mandatory rights.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security threats, unlawful content, false representation or breaches of these Terms. You may stop using TrustBee and request account deletion. Some records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, disputes, security or documented audit purposes.
Availability and liability
We work to keep TrustBee accurate and available, but the service and third-party job information may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Keeada AB is not liable for indirect losses, recruitment decisions, third-party conduct or outcomes outside its control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Responsibility for misuse
Organisational users are responsible for claims arising from unlawful vacancy content, discriminatory recruitment, misuse of candidate data or lack of authority to act, to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove rights available to consumers or data subjects under mandatory law.
Law and disputes
Swedish law governs these Terms. We encourage you to contact kontakt@trustbee.se first so we can seek a practical resolution. Disputes are decided by Stockholm District Court, unless mandatory consumer or procedural law requires another forum.
