Terms, Security & Cookies

Our terms of service, security policy and cookie policy in one place. Use the buttons below to jump to the part you need.

Terms of Service

The agreement for using TrustBee as a job seeker, employer, recruiter or provider.

Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and Keeada AB, organisation number 559245-1958, which operates TrustBee. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. Keep sign-in details secure, use only your own account and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Role responsibilities

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, CVs and applications. Employers and recruiters must have authority to recruit, publish lawful and accurate vacancies and process candidate data only for legitimate recruitment. Providers may access only seekers properly attributed to them and must comply with applicable programme and confidentiality duties.

Platform service

TrustBee provides job discovery, profiles, applications, communication, provider attribution, explainable matching and optional generative-AI assistance. External vacancies may take you to another service whose terms apply. TrustBee does not employ users, act as an employment agency for every listing, or guarantee interviews, hires, candidates or programme outcomes.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit and grant Keeada AB a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve TrustBee and fulfil your requests. You must have the rights to submit the content and must not include unlawful, misleading or unnecessary sensitive information.

Fees and changes

Any paid feature must show its price and applicable terms before purchase. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, creating a standard account does not itself create a payment obligation. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while respecting completed transactions and mandatory rights.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security threats, unlawful content, false representation or breaches of these Terms. You may stop using TrustBee and request account deletion. Some records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, disputes, security or documented audit purposes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep TrustBee accurate and available, but the service and third-party job information may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Keeada AB is not liable for indirect losses, recruitment decisions, third-party conduct or outcomes outside its control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Responsibility for misuse

Organisational users are responsible for claims arising from unlawful vacancy content, discriminatory recruitment, misuse of candidate data or lack of authority to act, to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove rights available to consumers or data subjects under mandatory law.

Law and disputes

Swedish law governs these Terms. We encourage you to contact kontakt@trustbee.se first so we can seek a practical resolution. Disputes are decided by Stockholm District Court, unless mandatory consumer or procedural law requires another forum.

Security Policy

How TrustBee protects workflows and how to report a concern.

Security approach

TrustBee uses layered safeguards appropriate to a role-based recruitment platform. Security is an ongoing risk-management process, not a guarantee that incidents can never occur.

Platform controls

Verified controls include managed authentication, server-side authorisation, role checks, row-level database access rules, private application-CV storage, time-limited CV access, input validation, bot protection on sensitive forms and controlled administrator functions.

Your responsibilities

Use a strong unique password, protect your email account, sign out from shared devices and report suspicious activity promptly. Do not share access tokens, passwords or invitation links. TrustBee does not currently claim to offer two-factor authentication.

Safe data handling

Recruiters and providers must protect information they lawfully receive and limit access to authorised staff. Job seekers should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in profiles, CVs, messages or AI prompts.

Incident response

We investigate credible security and privacy incidents, contain risks, preserve relevant evidence and notify affected people or authorities when required by applicable law. Details may be limited while an investigation is active.

Responsible disclosure

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to kontakt@trustbee.se with clear reproduction steps and no unnecessary personal data. Do not exploit a vulnerability, access other users’ data, disrupt the service or publish details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

No absolute guarantee

No online service is completely secure. This Policy describes safeguards visible in the current platform; it is not a certification, audit opinion, warranty or promise of immunity from attack.

Cookie Policy

Necessary browser storage and consent-controlled optional analytics on TrustBee.

Cookies and browser storage

TrustBee uses cookies and local browser storage to maintain sessions, remember language and theme, store consent choices, support security and keep selected preferences. Some items are technically local storage rather than traditional cookies; this Policy covers both.

Necessary technologies

Necessary storage supports authentication, security, language, theme and remembered consent. It is used because the service cannot reliably provide these requested functions without it. Blocking necessary storage in your browser may prevent sign-in or preferences from working.

Consent records

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser with a timestamp so TrustBee can respect it. GDPR acknowledgement is also stored per account or anonymous browser. These records do not by themselves send analytics data to a third party.

Optional analytics

TrustBee code can place limited PII-free events, such as page views and funnel step codes, in a page data layer only after you accept analytics. Events are held temporarily in memory while your choice is unknown and discarded if you decline. At this Policy date, no live analytics destination is configured in the inspected application; this Policy will be updated before materially different tracking is introduced.

Manage your choice

Use the cookie banner or its custom settings to allow or decline optional analytics. Necessary storage remains active. You can also clear site data in your browser; the banner will then ask again. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.

Changes and questions

We will update this Policy if categories, purposes or recipients materially change. Questions about browser storage or consent can be sent to kontakt@trustbee.se.
