Two different technologies
TrustBee separates generative AI assistance from job-match scoring. Generative AI helps draft content when a user asks for it. Match scores use deterministic, explainable rules based on structured employment information; they are not a machine-learning hiring decision.
Optional generative assistance
Authenticated users may ask an external AI model, through TrustBee’s AI gateway, to draft a CV from their bio, draft a job description, provide career-chat assistance or prepare a cover-letter draft. The feature is user-initiated and its result can be edited, rejected or ignored.
Explainable matching
Matching compares job titles, skills, experience and location. Weighted signals produce a score and reasons that help users understand relevance. The score does not measure a person’s worth, verify qualifications or predict job performance, and it does not guarantee an interview or hire.
Data sent for AI processing
Only the prompt and context needed for the requested AI task are sent for generation. This may include a bio, CV-related information, vacancy text or conversation context. Do not include unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. Technical providers may process this information under their service terms and safeguards.
Accuracy and limitations
Generative output can be incomplete, biased or incorrect. TrustBee instructs CV generation not to invent employers, dates or degrees, but that instruction cannot guarantee accuracy. Users must review facts, tone, legal compliance and suitability before publishing or submitting AI-assisted text.
Human decision-making
TrustBee does not use its matching score or generative AI to make a final hiring decision. Job seekers choose what to submit, recruiters assess candidates, providers support their participants and people remain responsible for consequential decisions.
Responsible use
Do not use AI features to impersonate others, fabricate credentials, discriminate, expose confidential data or create unlawful vacancy content. We may restrict misuse. Questions about AI processing can be sent to kontakt@trustbee.se.
