Keeada AB, organisation number 559245-1958, is the controller for TrustBee platform operations described here. An employer or provider may be an independent controller for its own recruitment or programme processing after it receives data lawfully. Contact us at kontakt@trustbee.se.
Data we process
Depending on your role, we process account and identity details, contact details, profile and CV information, skills, experience, location, employer or provider details, vacancies, applications and submitted CV snapshots, saved jobs, messages, contact requests, support messages, preferences, consent records, security signals and limited technical usage events. Do not submit data that is unnecessary for recruitment.
Why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, operate profiles and CVs, display vacancies, calculate explainable matches, process applications, enable consent-based contact, link seekers to providers, deliver messages and notifications, answer support requests, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and improve the service where permitted.
Legal bases
Processing may rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, consent where a genuine choice is required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights.
Who receives data
Data is available only to roles and recipients needed for the relevant workflow: for example, an employer reviewing an application, an attributed provider supporting a seeker, or authorised administrators handling support and safety. Seeker contact details remain hidden from recruiters until the seeker accepts a purpose-specific contact request. Service providers may process data under contract to run hosting, authentication, email, abuse prevention and optional AI features.
Processing locations
Technical providers and AI services may process information outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where required, Keeada AB uses recognised transfer safeguards and assesses provider protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
How long data is kept
We retain data only as long as reasonably needed for the service, the purpose collected, security, disputes, accounting or legal obligations. Retention differs by record and workflow. Application CV snapshots preserve what was submitted at the time. A deletion request is reviewed before account removal, and limited audit or legally required records may remain.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. You can update many profile details in TrustBee and submit an account-deletion request. Email kontakt@trustbee.se to exercise rights; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
Age requirement
TrustBee accounts are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has supplied personal data.
Updates and contact
We may update this Policy when services, law or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Questions and privacy requests should be sent to kontakt@trustbee.se.
