Use TrustBee fairly

Use TrustBee only for lawful job seeking, recruitment, provider support and related professional communication. Treat others respectfully and use only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Authentic accounts

Do not impersonate another person or organisation, share accounts, falsify authority, create deceptive profiles, evade restrictions or submit fabricated qualifications. Keep account information accurate and security credentials private.

Lawful vacancies

Vacancies must be genuine, accurate, authorised and non-discriminatory. Do not post pyramid schemes, unlawful work, deceptive compensation, hidden fees, unsafe arrangements or content that infringes rights.

Candidate data

Use candidate information only for the stated recruitment purpose and protect it from unauthorised access. Do not sell it, add people to marketing lists without a lawful basis, contact them after an unrelated refusal, or seek to bypass contact controls.

Prohibited conduct

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, distribute malware, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful content, expose another person’s data or use TrustBee to facilitate illegal activity.

Scraping and automation

Do not scrape, harvest, bulk-message, index protected areas, create unauthorised bots or circumvent technical limits. Public search engines may crawl public pages in accordance with published crawler rules.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit functions, preserve evidence or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misconduct or comply with law. Serious conduct may be reported to affected parties or authorities where lawful.
