The company behind the platform
TrustBee is developed by Keeada AB, a human-centered development company that designs practical systems helping people and organizations learn, adapt and create sustainable value. Keeada works across five connected areas of development: organizational development, quality and management systems, healthcare innovation, work, skills and inclusion, and international collaboration. Its stated purpose is to make development practical, measurable and accessible, and its mission is "Developing People. Strengthening Organizations. Improving Society." TrustBee is the job and recruitment matching platform that grows out of Keeada's work with work, skills and inclusion.

Key person in project development
Saari Yusuf
Product direction & technical governance
Saari Yusuf leads the product direction and technical governance of TrustBee. The platform's working method comes from that role: every change is verified against the repository rather than assumed, and no feature is considered done before its evidence — tests, database policies and end-to-end runs — has been shown. His work has shaped TrustBee's core architecture: role-based access with roles held only in a dedicated table and enforced through security-definer checks and row-level security; GDPR-first candidate privacy, where employers see a candidate's identity only after the job seeker has accepted a contact request; strict Swedish/English parity enforced in the build; explainable match scoring that recovers real signal from summary-style CVs; and friction-free employer entry through secure single-use invitation links with rate limiting and abuse detection. He also drives the platform's interface language — a glass-based design system on semantic tokens, custom iconography, and Swedish locale formatting throughout — together with the recruitment, application and Rusta och Matcha provider flows that connect job seekers, employers, providers and administrators.

Proof that systems scale
Before TrustBee, the founder built and exited New Life Assistans AB — the dated track record he publishes as proof that a practical system, not individual effort, is what scales an organization.
2010 — New Life Assistans AB founded
New Life Assistans AB was registered. The starting point of the founder's published proof that a system, rather than individual effort, is what makes an organization scale.
2013 — Operations launch
The company became fully operational, moving from registration to day-to-day delivery.
2018 — National growth
Operations expanded to multiple cities across Sweden through structured leadership rather than ad-hoc growth.
2020 — Peak scale
The organization reached more than 400 employees and roughly 100 MSEK in annual revenue.
2024 — Successful exit
The company was successfully sold. The lesson the founder publishes from it: organizations scale because they develop systems that let ordinary people achieve extraordinary results together — the thinking TrustBee is built on.
